Husband-and-wife team, Alex and Sarah Windover, relocated from New York City to Puerto Rico.

Alex started his career in Atlanta cooking at Tom Collichio's Craft and Craftbar where he built his foundation of proper technique. In 2012, Alex and his wife Sarah moved to Chicago where he worked at the Michelin starred Blackbird and the newly renovated Boka. After nearly four years in Chicago the couple moved to New York City where Alex accepted a position at The NoMad Hotel. Sarah and Alex both have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia College and State University. Sarah continued her education and received her Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development in Chicago in 2015. After many years in fine dining and learning from some of the best Chefs in the U.S. Alex has brought his passion for food and exploration to Puerto Rico. Sarah and Alex want to combine their discipline and talent to create simple produce driven food. The couple moved to Puerto Rico and started Reina Mora Hospitality in 2017. |
